This site will provide a single place where Falcon Ridge Regency residents can find news and information or discuss issues about the community. 2026 DUES now payable:
Annual dues of $500 are now payable.  These dues include the charges for the community trash service that was implemented on April 1, 2018.  Dues will be delinquent if not paid by 12/31/2025.  Check or venmo is preferred.

Projects?  Be sure to contact the Architectural Review Board chair to obtain review and approval of any exterior construction projects (including changing the composition of your roof or the color of your exterior paint) or major landscaping projects.  The ARB contacts are listed under the "Community" tab above.


Selling your home?  Contact our Secretary-Treasurer for the disclosure documents required under VA law.  Click on "Community," then "Contact" for contact information. 

MAILBOX POST PAINT COLOR: All mailbox posts in the Regency were repainted by the HOA using the following stock color: Sherwin-Williams Dorian Gray (SW 7017).  Any homeowner who needs to touch-up or repaint his/her mailbox post in the future should use this color, widely available at Sherwin Williams stores.
