This site will provide a single place where Falcon Ridge Regency residents can find news and information or discuss issues about the community. SAVE THE DATE: Our Annual Homeowners' Meeting has been postponed from our original December date and will be held instead on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 7PM at a location to be determined.  More information will be forthcoming.
  
2022 DUES now payable:
Annual dues of $500 are now payable.  These dues include the charges for the community trash service that was implemented on April 1, 2018.  Dues will be delinquent if not paid by 12/31/2022.  Use the "Buy Now" button below to pay online using credit or debit card, or PayPal, or you may remit payment to our Treasurer.

Projects?  Be sure to contact the Architectural Review Board chair to obtain review and approval of any exterior construction projects (including changing the composition of your roof or the color of your exterior paint) or major landscaping projects.  The ARB contacts are listed under the "Community" tab above.


Selling your home?  Contact Secretary-Treasurer Stan Corey for the disclosure documents required under VA law.  Click on "Community," then "Contact" for contact information. 

MAILBOX POST PAINT COLOR: All mailbox posts in the Regency were repainted by the HOA using the following stock color: Sherwin-Williams Dorian Gray (SW 7017).  Any homeowner who needs to touch-up or repaint his/her mailbox post in the future should use this color, widely available at Sherwin Williams stores.
